The App — Bike Ride Notifications

Description

The App sends SMS notifications to contacts designated by the app owner when a bike ride starts or ends. Notifications may include a link to a third-party tracking service.

Consent to Receive Messages

By being added as a contact in the App, you consent to receive SMS notifications related to bike rides. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for support.

Message Frequency and Charges

You may receive 2-4 messages per bike ride. Message and data rates may apply. I am not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

Third-Party Services

The App uses Twilio to deliver SMS messages and links to a third-party tracking service for ride location data. I am not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or privacy practices of these third-party services.

Disclaimers

• This website and the App are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• I do not guarantee that ride tracking links will be accurate, timely, or continuously available.
• The App is not a safety or emergency service. Do not rely on it as your sole means of monitoring a rider's safety.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or the App, including but not limited to inaccurate location data, failed message delivery, or service interruptions.
